All adults welcome. No movement experience required.
Come experience your body as a medium for expression. Moving as a group we will become physically present in our bodies through a simple, gentle warm up.
From there, we will explore a series of improvisations utilizing every day movements and gestures generated by imagery, our deeper selves, and our responses to each other and the space we occupy.
